3. Why we use your data
We use inquiry data to review your request, answer questions, discuss an OEM/ODM or private-label project, prepare a quotation or sample discussion, protect the form from misuse and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. If we later ask for marketing consent, that activity will rely on your consent and you may withdraw it at any time.
4. Who receives your data

7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of or portability of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent.
To make a request, email info@raskorgear.com. If you are in the EU or EEA, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
8. Cookies, analytics and external media
This website stores your privacy preference in local browser storage under the name raskor-cookie-preferences. This lets us remember whether you allowed analytics and external media.
The Google tag is present in a consent-aware mode so tag diagnostics can verify the installation. Analytics and advertising consent signals are set to denied by default. Google may receive limited requests needed to load the tag and process its denied consent state. We send page-view events and allow analytics storage only after you opt in through the privacy banner or Privacy settings button. Google may process information associated with those requests under its own policies.
Our interactive OpenStreetMap location is external media and also remains off until you allow it. Essential site functions remain available if you reject non-essential processing.
9. Security, updates and contact
Please replace the controller name, registered address, EU/EEA representative details (if one is required), retention periods and transfer safeguards if they differ from this operating policy.
